Frequently Asked Questions
As a nurse coach, I help combine my knowledge and experience of the human body and working with sick patients over the course of 14 years. Working at the bedside with other humans gives you a real glimpse into who is ready to make changes and who is okay with the status quo. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't a replacement for mental health treatment. I'm a nurse coach — I help you build a practical, day-to-day plan for reclaiming space, energy, and yourself in motherhood. If at any point I think you'd benefit from therapy alongside our work, I'll tell you.
Fully virtual. No commute, no need to find childcare — this works whether baby's napping on your chest or your toddler's playing with toys at your feet. That's intentional: one less barrier between you and actually showing up for yourself.
Look at you, preparing ahead! I work with expecting moms to help you get ready before baby arrives, then we continue together into the postpartum period to navigate whatever comes up. And if we've worked together before with baby #1, I'd love to have you back for round two (or three).
Here's the truth: it's not more knowledge you need. You're probably drowning in tips already — books, podcasts, IG accounts, well-meaning friends, all giving you advice. What you need is help figuring out which of it actually fits your life, and someone in your corner making sure you stick to the plan.
I hear this from almost everyone before we start — and it's exactly the problem we solve together. We build a plan around your actual life, not an idealized one. Sessions are short and focused, and Voxer support means you're never waiting for a scheduled call to get help.
That guilt is real, and it's also exactly why this work matters. Taking care of yourself isn't taking something away from your family — it's what lets you show up for them without running on empty. Most moms tell me the guilt fades fast once they feel the difference.
Nothing — it's free, and it's just a conversation. We talk through where you're at, what's hard right now, and whether The Motherhood Reset is genuinely the right fit for you. No pressure to sign up on the spot.
Starting the program is your commitment to yourself that you're ready for change — and I take that seriously, so no, pausing and restarting isn't something I offer. I get it, life happens (I'm a mom too), but outside of genuine extenuating circumstances, there's no pause or refund once you begin. If you're not sure you're ready to commit, that's exactly what the Renewal Call is for — let's talk it through first.
