1. Information I Collect
I aim to collect only the information I reasonably need to operate this website and communicate with you.
Information you provide directly
Depending on how you interact with the website, you may voluntarily provide:

- Your email address
- Information you provide when booking a Renewal Call
- Information you voluntarily provide through a form associated with scheduling or requesting a Renewal Call
If you subscribe to The Refill Project, your name and email address are collected so that I can send you the newsletter and related communications.
If you book a Renewal Call, you may be asked to provide basic information to help me understand what you're looking for and prepare for our conversation.
Please do not submit sensitive health information, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other protected health information through this website, a website contact form, Google Forms, or ordinary email.
Once you become a coaching client, information needed for coaching—including more sensitive health and wellness information—is collected and maintained through Practice Better rather than through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this website may automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and general information about how you interact with the website.
Squarespace, the platform hosting this website, may collect and process certain information associated with your visit in order to provide, maintain, secure, and improve its services.
I do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising or behavioral tracking tools on this website.
2. How I Use Your Information
I may use information collected through this website to:
- Respond to your questions or requests
- Schedule and conduct Renewal Calls
- Send The Refill Project and other requested email communications
- Communicate with you about Renewal Wellness Coaching services
- Understand how people use the website and improve its content and functionality
- Maintain the security and functionality of the website

I do not sell your personal information.

If you subscribe to The Refill Project, your name and email address are provided to Substack, which I use to deliver email communications.
You can unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the email. You may also contact me at ellen@renewalwellnesscoaching.com if you have questions about your subscription.
Unsubscribing from The Refill Project does not necessarily stop transactional or administrative communications, such as communications relating to a Renewal Call you have requested.
4. Renewal Calls and Third-Party Services
This website may direct you to third-party services in order to schedule or participate in a Renewal Call or otherwise interact with Renewal Wellness Coaching.
These services currently include:
- Google Meet, which I use for complimentary Renewal Calls
- Google Forms, which may be used to collect limited information before a Renewal Call
- Substack, which I use to deliver The Refill Project
- Practice Better, which I use for ongoing coaching clients and related client information
- Stripe, which processes payments made through Practice Better
When you use a third-party service, that service may collect and process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
I do not control the privacy practices of third-party services. You should review their policies if you have questions about how they handle your information.
5. Coaching Client Information
Renewal Wellness Coaching provides health and wellness coaching services. Once you become a coaching client, information relevant to your coaching relationship may be collected through Practice Better.
I intentionally keep more sensitive client information out of this website and the basic forms used for complimentary Renewal Calls.
Information submitted through the website, Google Forms, or email should not be treated as a secure method for transmitting medical or other sensitive health information.
6. How I Share Information
I do not sell or rent your personal information.
I may share information with third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate my business and provide requested services. For example, information may be processed by Squarespace, Substack, Google, Practice Better, or Stripe as described above.
I may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Renewal Wellness Coaching or another person.

Squarespace and third-party services used on or through this website may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as website functionality, security, preferences, and analytics.
I do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral advertising tools on this website.
